Abstracts and full papers must be e-mailed with the format of PDF and WORD files to iSMART’s email address.

Submission process

1	Submit your abstract(both PDF and Word files) to the conference email address:  conference@ysrim.moi.work The abstract document should be edited using the Abstract Format on the website. (.doc/ .docx/ .pdf formats) For Style of Abstract, please download the format from below. Guidelines_for_Abstract	Deadline of the Abstract Submission: November 20, 2023
2	You will receive an ID code of YSRIM within 7 days after your abstract submission. ID code is used to submit your full paper and register for the conference.
3	Acceptance Notification of Abstract will send to you.
4	Submit your full paper file (in both .docx file and .pdf file) to conference email address:conference@ysrim.moi.work For Style of Full paper, please download the format from below. Full paper Format The full paper document should be renamed with your ID code of YSRIM conference according to the following format. (“YSRIM2024-XXX_full paper.docx” & “ YSRIM2024-XXX_full paper.pdf” )	Deadline of the Full Paper Submission: December 20, 2023
5	The full paper will be reviewed.
6	Acceptance Notification of Full paper	Before Janaruy 20, 2024
7	Please register for the conference in time.	Registration before Feburury 15, 2024
